• Minimum Term: 12-week commitment required from sign-up date.
• Payments: Membership fees are charged monthly via automatic payment. Failed payments may result in suspended benefits.
• Complimentary Facials: Valid during active membership only. No rollovers, transfers, or cash value.
• Member Discounts: Apply to full-priced treatments only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Bookings & Cancellations: Treatments must be booked in advance. Our standard cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that month’s facial.
• Suspension: Temporary holds may be approved for medical or travel reasons upon written request.
• Cancellation: After the 12-week minimum term, cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable.
